Mexican breath fresheners

Lunch at La Gorda (The Fat Lady) Restaurant today… Named after it’s owner who is a fat lady.
At the end of the meal, she brought these with the bill…
  
I didn’t know whether I was supposed to freshen my breath or go to a dance club.
